Dear Parents and Carers,
PARENT CHRISTMAS FUNCTION 7TH DECEMBER AT SCHOOL. BUY YOUR TICKET NOW! DON’T MISS OUT….
This year there will be no individual grade parent parties. They have been combined into one and at the same time to save parents doubling up. Due to the success of our parent function at the beginning of the year the event will again be held at school. We’d love numbers and payment by the end of this week to ensure that catering is co ordinated. The dinner is $30 and BYO. The date is the 7th December starting at 7pm. Bring your dancing shoes and a bit of tinsel!! Please go to QKR! app.
As we launch into our last few busy weeks it’s good to keep the calendar close by. The following events will help us bring the year to a close. Have you got them in your calendar?! These dates are also on the school calendar and in the calendar on the side bar of the newsletter.

Staffing and classes for 2020
A number of staff are moving on in 2020. We will say farewell to Nat MacLarn who moves to Canberra in the new year. We say farewell to Mrs Loughland who will move from her teaching position to casual teaching and at the end of Term 1 we will say farewell to Mrs Kelly for 2020 while she goes on maternity leave. Mrs Sayers has begun her maternity leave this week. We have been lucky to recruit three experienced teachers who will fill these vacancies.
We will shortly look at class placements for next year. Teachers work very hard to create class lists. The leadership team will have the final approval for places so any requests to have children separated from others to enhance their learning must go through the office and be received by the 9th of December. Please do not request certain teachers as we are unsure at this time which grades teachers will be on due to the staff movement
Regards
Julie Caldwell
