Welcome back to Term 4 for what will hopefully be a somewhat normal end to the year. With students returning to school over the next two weeks, we are looking to ensure we have bookings for Before and After School Care correctly inputted for all families.

If you have not already done so, could you please email us with your intended booking schedule for the rest of the year, keeping in mind that currently all bookings have been placed on hold from the start of lockdown - i.e. if your child was previously booked in for Monday, Tuesday and Friday but has not been attending school recently, that booking schedule still exists; you have just not been charged for attendances.

Whether you would like to make any changes to your existing schedule, keep it intact and just reinstate it or if you do not require care for the rest of the year, please contact us to let us know. Please note that if you do not notify us that your child will not be attending OSHC and their name remains on the roll, you will be charged as normal in addition to the two-week cancellation policy.
