SCECS OSHC Mosman Term 3 Vacation Care
Dear SCECS families,
Attached below is our program and booking form for the upcoming school holiday period. We are fortunate enough this time to be allowed one incursion per week over the break, however we will still not be running any excursions for the time being.
A reminder that whilst last holidays we had a restriction on the number of children that could attend week 1 due to the Government's ECEC relief package, this is no longer the case so there is no limit on spaces for our upcoming program. However, we will still be upholding our 1 week cancellation and booking policy listed below (a copy of the family handbook has been attached to this email).
- Any bookings made within 7 days of the requested date incur a $10 additional fee
- Any bookings cancelled on less than 7 days' notice will be charged the full fee, inclusive of extras, minus any CCS
Please ensure you return your Vacation Care forms by email, or in person to the service by Monday, September 21st so that we can staff and plan resources and experiences accordingly.
We will not be operating Vacation Care on the staff development day on the last day of term 3, September 25th, however we will be on the first day of term 4, October 12th.
