SHM FOOTBALL - TRAINING HAS BEGUN!
What a fantastic start to our first week of Training in 2020, last Thursday - the weather and the condition of Middle Head Oval was amazing!
This year we have nine teams who will compete in the NSFA Winter Season:
Three Kinder Teams,
Two Year 1 Teams,
Two Year 2 Teams,
One Year 3 Team ; and
One Year 4 Team.
It was wonderful to see all 90 SHM Footballers out on the pitch - learning, smiling and enjoying being active, whilst adhering to government and FFA return to training guidelines.
We must acknowledge the many parent volunteers, who together with our Training Partner XLR8 provide coaching to our footballers every Thursday night - we thank them and without them our Football Club would simply not function.
The focus will remain on training, and return to training activities and will continue over the following two training sessions before the end of school Term 2 in preparation for Competition to start Saturday 4 July.
