Congratulations to Aiden McCartney from year 6! One of our most recent recruits of Sacred Heart has officially earned himself a place on the Sydney Archdiocese AFL team! Aiden has come from Victoria where AFL is the lifeblood of the state. After only being here for a few months. Aiden has certainly left a lasting impression with the selectors. A wonderful aftertaste of hard-work, persistence and a fiery passion. Well done Aiden! We look forward to hearing about what you cook up at the Mackillop Selection Trial.

Five students from Sacred Heart spent the end part of their week shooting hoops at the Mackillop Selection Trial held at Wollongong. As mentioned at this week's Monday assembly, congratulations to Millie Bloomfield, Grace Prince and Francesco Saffioti who have all been selected to represent Mackillop at this year’s tournament! An incredible achievement and a wonderful conclusion to their trial journey. Sacred Heart congratulates your dedication and your efforts! Well done!
