Principal's Message
Dear Parents and Carers,
Volunteers Morning Tea 9am 10th December in the school hall.
Do you volunteer for the school?
Are you a coach, manager, reading helper, class parent, classroom helper, help at sports events, P and F member, help at masses, Spring Fair helper, help cover books?
Then we’d like to acknowledge your support and help at Morning Tea next week at 9am on the 10th December in the school hall. Please come along for a short time so we can thank and acknowledge your support of the school.
Last week we had the final Sports Club and P and F meetings for the year. Both organisations do an enormous amount of work for the school. Both Presidents gave their final report for the year. They shared the results of all that the Sports Club and the P and F do for our school. I am very grateful for the leadership of Chris Chard (Sports Club) and Chris Janes ( P and F) who guide each group with our families and their children at the forefront of everything they do.
Thank you to Mr DeVilliers and the staff for the swimming carnival last Friday. It was a great success and the feedback was that the venue was very suitable to our needs. Thank you to all the parent volunteers who assisted the running of the carnival especially those who stepped in at the last minute!
Kinder and Year One had a great time at the Water Safety Day back at school.
We are in full swing to prepare for our Christmas Carols. We have some very enthusiastic writers and choreographers and performers from each class who can’t wait to perform. Can children be brought to their classrooms at 5.30pm for a 6pm start. We hope to be finished by 7.45pm. Parents must collect their children from their teachers and have them marked off at the end of the concert.
