Welcome back to school. We hope that you managed to find some quiet time with a good book during the excitement of the holidays.  Our library is open and ready with exciting new books on display, there’s something for everyone.

Books open doors to infinite worlds, knowledge, empathy and imagination. Literacy is the key to learning and achievement. We hope that all our students continue to borrow this term for reading at home and during their free reading times at school.

For Term 4, Library borrowing day will be Tuesdays for all year groups. Library Lunch Club will also be open on Tuesdays at second lunch, all are welcome. Students can return books any day of the week by popping their books into the ‘Returns’ tub at the front of the library.

Please return all overdue books before new borrowing can commence and we do encourage library bags to protect our books, especially if borrowing more than one book.

The Premier’s Reading Challenge Certificates and awards will be available to hand out to students mid November. Looking forward to celebrating their reading accomplishments.
