Sacred Heart Feast Day- Friday 27th June
This term we will celebrate our special Feast Day for the Sacred Heart of Jesus. On Friday 27th of June, children are invited to wear Mufti clothing as part of our special day. We will begin the day with a whole school Mass @ 9:15am, followed by special feast day celebrations throughout the day. We invite the children to bring a picnic rug for a picnic lunch together on the Basketball Court. Children bring their own 1st and 2nd lunch (or lunch order) as per normal. They will be provided with special picnic snacks to enjoy after eating their lunch including- a fun size packet of original (plain) smiths crisps, 2 x natural confectionary snakes and a lemonade ice block.
If your child has specific dietary requirements and can NOT eat the items in the picnic snack pack, please fill in this google form no later than Friday, 13th June.

St Vincent de Paul Winter Hamper Drive, we truly need your support- please give generously!
As part of our Sacred Heart feast day celebrations, the community Sacred Heart partakes in an annual winter hamper drive to show our support to the St Vincent de Paul society and the works that they do to assist families in need. Please see the flyer for information on which items each grade will donate. Donations can be brought to the classrooms. Thank you sincerely for your contributions! Please bring your donations by Wednesday, 18th of June.

Sacrament of Confirmation Ceremonies this week
This Thursday and Friday, our Confirmation candidates will receive their Sacrament of Confirmation. Please keep these students in your prayers this week. We wish them all the very best as they prepare for this very special time in their journey of faith, to receive the Holy Spirit and to be confirmed in their faith.
