FAMILY EDUCATOR
This fortnight we are still celebrating May the Month of Mary.

We celebrate Mary by praying the Rosary.
We pray not to ensure that we will have all we need, or that life will forever go our way. Rather we pray to know God through Our Mother Mary. We pray in order to have the grace to deal with life as she would have us deal with it. We pray to hand our lives over to her all loving will. Our Mother Mary intercedes for us. She is our constant link to God our Father.
Introduction to the Rosary for Children
Feast of the Visitation of Blessed Virgin Mary - Saturday 31st May
Commemorates the Virgin Mary's visit to her cousin, Elizabeth.
Mary and Elizabeth's joy reminds us of how the Church ought to respond to Christ's incarnation: “Mary, living Tabernacle of God made flesh, is the Ark of the Covenant in whom the Lord visited and redeemed his people. Jesus' presence filled her with the Holy Spirit.
A Journey of Grace: The May Pilgrimage to Mary Mackillop Place.
Two weeks ago on Tuesday, 13th May 2025, We hosted our first Family Educator network event at Mary Mackillop Place in North Sydney. Together parents, grandparents and friends gathered in faith, reflection and the luminous legacy of Australia’s first saint, Saint Mary Mackillop. Coinciding with the feast day of Our Lady of Fatima, this event kindled a deeper appreciation for St Mary’s life of courage, grace & determination.
Reflections. Celebrations. Remembrances.
When we highlight events within our communities and when we share, we are reminding each other of what is important and what we value.
Past. Present. Future.
We all have one.
Christ came that we might have life and have it in abundance.
Now more than ever ... we should all have it in abundance.(John 10:10)
This term we have various group initiatives where I hope to see many of you. It will be great to see our groups flourish and continue to encourage as new friendships evolve. Coffee & conversations are always included.
The link below has the details for all initiatives. All are welcome.
