Our focus will be on, ‘Understanding the Development of Reading in the Early Years and How to Support your Child at Home’.

This workshop is aims to explain and support you in your understanding of reading development in the early years and the significance of adopting a balanced approach to reading. It aims to provide you with a deeper understanding of how foundational skills in reading evolve and share effective strategies to foster a love for reading in your child at home. 

As a parent or carer, your engagement is critical to your child’s learning and reading journey, and we see this journey as a partnership in which we work collaboratively as a community to ensure learning growth for all children.
