Attached is our program and booking form for the upcoming school holidays.

Please return your booking forms via email to our service email address, mosman.oshc@syd.catholic.edu.au, or in person at school. This form is unfortunately not editable on computer. Make sure to get your bookings in ASAP to avoid disappointment as we have limited spaces for the holidays.

Some key points for first time vacation care users:

• Late booking fees will apply for all bookings made within 7 days
• Hours of operation are 7:00am-6:00pm. Late fees will apply for collection after 6pm. Please check the program to arrive on time for scheduled activities, particularly excursions
• 7 days' notice is required to cancel any bookings without charges
• Please pack morning tea and lunch - afternoon tea will be provided
