Attached is our program and booking form for the upcoming school holidays.

Please return your booking forms via email to our service email address, mosman.oshc@syd.catholic.edu.au (they are editable on computer), or in person at school. Make sure to get your bookings in ASAP to avoid disappointment as we have limited spaces for the holidays.

A couple reminders for vacation care:

• Late booking fees will apply for all bookings made within 7 days
• Hours of operation are 7:00am-6:00pm. Late fees will apply for collection after 6pm. Please check the program to arrive on time for scheduled activities
• 7 days' notice is required to cancel any bookings without charges
