Attached below is our program and booking form for the upcoming school holiday period, running from December 16th 2021 - January 28th 2022. There are a couple important things to note so please make sure to read this email carefully.

Due to some major construction that will be taking place over the break, we will be unable to run Vacation Care at Sacred Heart in the holidays. We will, however, still be operating Vacation Care through our closest SCECS Vacation Care service in North Sydney. They have kindly offered us their space and the ability to tag along with their program. There will unfortunately be no excursions this holiday period as it is North Sydney's first time running Vacation Care and they are trying to find their footing. Some more points below:

• I will still be coordinating and running Vacation Care at North Sydney, with the help of Austrie and our other Mosman/North Sydney educators
• All Vacation Care details are the same as normal: operating times for VC are back to 7:00AM - 6:00PM, with late fees applying for any pickups past 6:00PM
• A $10 late fee will apply for any bookings made within 7 days
• All bookings will need to be sent to North Sydney, as I do not have access to their booking system. Their email is northsydney.oshc@syd.catholic.edu.au
• Children are only able to attend Vacation Care if they are in a year where they will be attending school. If you have a child commencing Kindergarten in 2022, they are welcome to attend in January but will not be able to do so in December.
• Vacation Care at North Sydney is only open to our current Mosman and Clifton Gardens families
