Preparations are well under way for the Spring Fair on Sunday the 17th of November. Please put this date in your diary as it promises to be an exciting day for everyone.
If you are accessing Vacation Care in the first week of the holidays please be aware that the awning over the front entrance is being replaced and will mean the front gate is not accessible. Please use the gate at the other end of the school on Cardinal Street.
This week we fondly farewell Mrs Dianne Loots from the front office. Dianne and her family are relocating to the Gold Coast to begin a new phase of their lives. I’m sure most of you have either been helped, supported or welcomed by Dianne. She has brought her deep faith and positive attitude to our office and with Ingrid they have been a truly dynamic duo. We wish you and your family all the best. May the road rise up to greet you ….. and until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of his hand.
As of Term 4, when communicating with the Administration team, please forward emails to either info@shmosman.catholic.edu.au or accounts@shmosman.catholic.edu.au

Sincere thanks for your generous support at our recent Carnival Book Fair. There are lots of happy children reading new books and of course having fun with squeeze bouncy balls, Rubik’s cubes and crazy magnets!
Please be patient if you are still waiting on any orders, we are in the hands of the Publishers and Suppliers who are working hard to ensure we get our goodies as soon as possible.
As a result of our sales, teachers will be able to select some fabulous new resources to support our Curriculum and of course… new books for the Library.
As we wind on down to our final Term of the school year, please help your child remember their library bags each Friday to transport books to and from school and a reminder too, to look at home for any overdue books.
Have a wonderful holiday break. The weather should be great for outdoor activities. Find a shady tree somewhere and escape with a good book!
Happy Reading!
Cecilia and Josie
Sacred Heart Library
The children are busy learning a new piece which is quite challenging. Once they master it, they will be so proud of themselves. Help them by going through the piece with them and if possible, listen to it on youtube so they get a "feel" for the tune. It's going to be a great term 4.
