Dear Parents and Carers
Our Third week of Advent focuses on JOY. Our families have been asked to prepare the way of the Lord by discussing times of joy with the family. I'm sure you have some very wonderful memories from your own families. We are currently making memories for our students at school. Please see some of the ways below that we are preparing for the birth of Jesus and making joy filled memories at school.
Thank you to our Year Six teachers and staff who took Year Six for an exciting day camp to Stanwell Tops. The Year Six students thoroughly enjoyed their day and were very appreciative of the opportunity to have one last excursion together with their friends. This along with their Graduation Mass this week and their Graduation Dinner next week will be a future memory that they will hold dear of their time at Sacred Heart.
Tonight's Virtual Christmas Concert is also a joy filled celebration of our journey to Christmas.
Our staff and students have worked very hard to bring you this celebration. I hope you enjoy the show. Please log on to the Zoom link early tonight as we will begin our Virtual Concert promptly at 6pm.

P and F Parent Event
The P and F parent event was a great success with over 130 parents in attendance. It was so lovely to see you all again in person and catch up. Thank you to members of the P and F as well as class parents who put this event together. The raffle was drawn on the night and all winners have been notified.
The P and F is a very important part of our school community and I thank all the members as well as the class parents who support the school and help to build and create community. Next year the P and F would love some new members. If you would like to participate please contact Steph Bailey, the P and F secretary. If you are interested in being a class parent in any year in 2022 please also contact Steph Bailey at curransmr@yahoo.com.au. If you would like to talk it through please call 0473989160.

A friendly reminder that if your student is leaving the school, the student and parents will lose access to Compass on the student's last day.
Should your child be leaving at the end of this year, we ask that prior to this time you login to the parent portal and explain any unexplained absences and download all Semester and Progress reports for future use.
